Buy Tickets
1. Online
Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketmaster website using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Card.
2. Ticketmaster Retail Outlets
For the location and opening hours of your nearest Ticketmaster outlet, visit www.ticketmaster.com.au or telephone 136 100. Tickets can be purchased and collected at any Ticketmaster outlet (including a brand new outlet at the Manuka Newsagency – 38 Franklin St, Manuka, ACT) or the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre (in person - collection only).
3. Telephone Bookings
Call Ticketmaster on 136 100 to book tickets by telephone. Telephone bookings can be made from 9am - 9pm Monday - Saturday and 9am - 5pm Sundays.
4. Gate Sales
A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase each night from 6.00pm for the same night's screening only. Tickets will be available at each of the entry gates to Floriade, as shown on the Floriade map. Cash and credit card will be accepted but EFTPOS will not be available.
5. Canberra and Region Visitors Centre
Tickets can be purchased at the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre at 330 Northbourne Avenue, Dickson. Open 7 days. Ph 1300 800 115.
Ticket Delivery Options
Outlet Pickup: no additional charge
From any outlet nationally up to 24 hours prior to your event. All outlet pickup tickets must be collected and personally signed for by the credit card holder who is the only person authorised to collect tickets. For identification purposes the credit card holder must present personal ID, the credit card which was used when purchasing the tickets and the account confirmation number.
Express post and registered post: some additional charges
Tickets sold through Ticketmaster's internet site or call centre will be sent to customers up to five working days prior to the event by the standard Australia Post Service. Express post or registered post costs will be charged to the customer if required.
Venue Pickup: no additional charge
All venue pickup tickets must be collected from the Regatta Point entry gate at Floriade NightFest and personally signed for by the credit card holder who is the only person authorised to collect tickets. For identification purposes the credit card holder must present personal ID, the credit card which was used when purchasing the tickets and the account confirmation number.
